Die neugeschaffene Perspektive auf das Commitment wird auf die Wirkungsweisen von immateriellen Anreizsystemen angewandt. Es wird ersichtlich, dass extrinsische Anreize wie monetre Zahlungen zwar zu einer Nichtunzufriedenheit fhren, bei zu starker oder zu hufiger Induzierung hingegen aufgrund des Korrumpierungseffektes negative Auswirkungen haben. Zufriedenheit hingegen kann nur durch intrinsisch wirkende Motivatoren aufgebaut werden. Dem Leser wird somit aufgezeigt, inwiefern diese nichtmonetren Anreizsysteme aus sozialpsychologischer Sichtweise das Verhalten und die Einstellung des Arbeitnehmers dem Arbeitgeber gegenber elementar verndern knnen. Zudem wird erlutert, aus welchem Grund sich die ausschlielich materielle Anreizgestaltung nicht zwingen
