This book focus the competency and performance of inservice trained teachers in Pakistan. The performance of two hundred and eighty preservice and inservice trained teachers in Pakistan was observed through observation checklist in a period of six months. Eight teaching competency of inservice trained teachers i.e. Set Induction, Presentation, Effective Questioning, Listening, Pupil reinforcement, Teachers liveliness, Closing of lesson and Planning were included in the observation checklist and were observed by the researcher. The performance of the inservice trained teachers was found comparatively better. The book is useful for different educational institutions responsible for preservice and inservice training and their induction, working teachers, researchers and heads of educational institutions. Different national and international agencies working for the quality education at primary level and particularly for different inservice teachers training programs can also get benefits from this book.
