Ob es sich dabei um Korruptionsflle, Kartellrecht oder Betrugsversuche handelt ist dabei nur zweitrangig, denn jeder dieser Situationen kann fr Unternehmungen existenzbedrohende Ausmasse annehmen. Diese Arbeit mchte dem Leser aufzeigen, was es zu beachten gilt, wenn in kleinen und mittleren Betrieben (KMU) ein ComplianceManagementSystem (CMS) integriert und betrieben werden soll. Neben der einleitenden Theorie wurden dazu Experteninterviews mit Partnern aus verschiedenen Branchen gefhrt. Anhand der Theorie wie auch der wissenschaftlich ausgewerteten Experteninterviews wurden Empfehlungen fr den Betrieb eines CMS in einem KMU erarbeitet.
