Cette tude porte sur la tenue en fluage de mousses polyurthane utilises dans la paroi de cuves de mthaniers. Le comportement mcanique en compression monotone, fluage sous faible contrainte et analyse mcanique dynamique, a t caractris jusquaux tempratures cryogniques sur mousses polyurthanes. Le premier objectif tait de caractriser la rponse et les mcanismes activs basse temprature. Lendommagement induit par le refroidissement des chantillons affecte les premiers stades de dformation en compression, variablement selon la taille dchantillon. Les micrographies et observations postmortem ne mettent pas en vidence dendommagement flagrant. Une dformation de fluage en partie recouvrable est galement observe. Le second objectif tait de rflchir une mthode de prdiction de la tenue long terme en fluage par quivalence tempstemprature en DMA. Les diffrentes transitions rencontres entre 170C et la Tg ont donc t analyses, ainsi que la reprsentativit des petits chantillons utiliss dans ce dispositif. Leffet de taille na pas deffet sur la cintique de fluage. Cependant les rsultats obtenus n'ont pas permis de tracer de courbesmatresses.
