Die Einzelentwicklungen im Bundestag, den Landtagen und den Kommunen und deren Zusammenwachsen zu Netzwerken sollten unserer Meinung nach sowohl strker wissenschaftlich bearbeitet als auch ffentlich diskutiert werden.
