Es gibt einen Uberblick ber die Erfahrungen mit dem Einsatz von Inforu'Iations und Kommunikationstechniken in den Abgeordnetenbros des Deutschen Bundestag. Es wer den aber auch die Entwicklungen in den einzelnen Fraktionen und der Bundestagsverwaltung behandelt. Zielvorstellungen des Einsatzes von Informations und Kom munikationstechniken, Bedarfe und Konzepte werden darge stellt und die in den Abgeordnetenbros gemachten Erfahrun gen auf Basis von empirischen Untersuchungen vorgestellt. Vollzogene Entwicklungen werden bewertet und organisatori sche, technische und politische Perspektiven fr das parlamen tarische Arbeiten von morgen entwickelt. Es ist gut mglich, da die IuKTechniken zur Schlsseltechno logie im parlamentarischen Willensbildungs und Entschei dungsproze werden. Die Frage ist deshalb berechtigt, ob zur Zeit eine technikangestoene Parlamentsreform stattfindet, die zwar wenig spektakulr aber mglicherweise sehr wirkungs voll sein wird. Das Buch will einen empirisch fundierten Bei trag zur Diskussion dieses Themas leisten. Zu bedauern ist, da aufgrund des Fehlens von spektakulren, medienwirksamen Ereignissen nur ein kleiner Kreis von Inter essierten und Eingeweihten die fortschreitende Informatisie rung des PolitischAdministrativen Systems mitverfolgt. Die Einzelentwicklungen im Bundestag, den Landtagen und den Kommunen und deren Zusammenwachsen zu Netzwerken sollten unserer Meinung nach sowohl strker wissenschaftlich bearbeitet als auch ffentlich diskutiert werden.
