Ce travail prsent diffrent phnomnes se produisant lors de la condensation dans un seul microcanal en silicium o diffrentes instabilits hydrodynamiques ont t repres et diffrents mcanismes physiques influenant les coefficients dchange thermique ont t analyss. La microinstrumentation du microcanal par des microthermocouples dans un banc dessais reprsente une vritable originalit de ce travail car elle permet de mesurer les tempratures de surface locales tout au long du microcanal. La visualisation des structures des coulements grce une camra rapide CCD a permis de dvelopper une procdure de traitement dimages pour caractriser les diffrents paramtres de lcoulement diphasique dans le microcanal. Ce travail montre que la densit du flux thermique local dpend non seulement du flux massique et du taux de condensation mais galement de la structure de lcoulement en condensation. Enfin, linfluence de la microstructuration de surface sur la structure dcoulement lors de la condensation dans un microcanal est dmontre, et de nouvelles mthodes pour lamlioration de lintensification thermique sont fournies.
