In a last ditch effort to turn the war around and give the Confederacy a chance of salvation, a solid deadly attempt is made in a trade agreement with France for guns and gold bullion. Twentytwo desperte Confederate soldiers embark on a trip across the ocean to France. They encounter Union spies and cut throat dealings with the French Ambassador before they arrive in Mexico. They brave death, hardships, storms and the desert in their journey to save their way of life and free the South. They must battle their way back across the ocean and the desert of Mexico to reach Richmond, making all who come against them pay in blood.
