He later earned graduate degrees from Antioch University (Seattle), Fuller Theological Seminary (Pasadena) and Union Theological Seminary (New York City). After working for ten years in community mental health he transitioned into the ministry as an ordained, United Church of Christ minister. He currently lives in Summit, NJ with his wife Bre, where he serves as Associate Pastor at Christ Church.
