Los resultados obtenidos muestran claramente el efecto de la atmsfera modificada en retrasar la evolucin de los parmetros de maduracin postrecoleccin retrasndolos en 34 semanas con respecto las ciruelas sin envasar, obteniendo de un aumento en la actividad antioxidante. Results show a delay in the evolution of ripening parameters, such as softening,color changes,and acidity loss, by MAP conditions during 34 weeks. In addition total antioxidant activity was higher in plums stored under MAP conditions than in controls.
