This study primarily concentrates on the ability of Microfinancing in empowering the rural women. This work has taken Dakshina Kannada Disrtict (D.K. The sample size was around 300. The book in its initial chapters has thoroughly reviewed the earlier works of various Scholars, outlined the theoretical frameworks of Microfinnace, and in later chapters it has investigated the possibilities, opportunities and challenges of Microfinancing in ensuring women empowerment.
