I appreciate how organized this book is, with clear sections on key cases. However, some material feels outdated, especially considering recent legal developments in contract law. It’s okay as a reference, but I expected more current info.

Came damaged and hard to read
The book arrived with some bent pages, which was disappointing. Also, some parts are a bit dense and hard to digest. It has good information, but I wish the presentation was better.
