I was excited to try some of these recipes, but the book arrived with a few pages bent and wrinkled, which was disappointing. The recipes I tried were good, though, so I'm giving it a middle rating. Hopefully, the next one is in better shape!

Good book but missing some details
I enjoyed the recipes in this book, especially the risotto. However, some instructions could be clearer. I had to Google a few techniques because they weren't explained well enough in the book. Still, tasty results!

Recipe quality varies
I tried a few recipes from this book. Some turned out well, but others missed the mark in terms of flavor. Maybe it's just me, but I expected a bit more consistency. It's good for experimenting, though!
