As someone who loves cooking, I found 'Cooking the Korean Way' very accessible. The new low-fat recipes are fantastic and show that healthy food can be delicious too! I made the bibimbap last week, and it turned out amazing. Would definitely recommend this to anyone interested in Korean cooking!

A Must-Have for Korean Cuisine Lovers
I recently picked up 'Cooking the Korean Way' and it's been a great addition to my collection. The range of low-fat and vegetarian recipes is super helpful, especially since I'm trying to eat healthier. Each recipe is easy to follow, making cooking authentic Korean dishes a breeze!

Good recipes, but some issues
The recipes in this book are solid, especially for someone wanting to explore low-fat options, but I found a few unclear instructions. Besides that, the variety is good. I really wanted to try the vegetarian dishes, but some ingredients were hard to find.

Packaging Could Be Better
I love the content of this cookbook, especially the easy menu format. It really simplifies things. However, my copy arrived with a dinged corner, which was disappointing. Still, the recipes have been a hit with my family!

Disappointed with the Recipe Variability
I was excited to try 'Cooking the Korean Way' but found that some recipes looked different than I expected once cooked. The vegetarian recipes are nice, but my first attempt at making kimchi didn't turn out great. I had to adjust a lot. Not what I hoped for.
