Verbesserungspotentiale und Vorschlge (?Best Practice?) werden unter dem Blickwinkel einer ?langfristigen Unternehmenswertschaffung durch gute Unternehmensfhrung? gegeben. Die vorliegende Arbeit wurde im Jahr 2008 an der Universitt Innsbruck als Diplomarbeit verfasst, eingereicht und mit ?Sehr gut? beurteilt; darauffolgend wurde sie mit dem Forschungspreis des Internationalen Institutes fr Genossenschaftsforschung im Alpenraum (IGA) 2008 ausgezeichnet. Nach einer Adaptierung der prmierten Arbeit ? zwecks Verallgemeinerung der festgestellten Befunde und Aktualisierung (URG 2008) ? liegt diese nun mit Stand 2009 vor.
