Dieser Schwierigkeit. das Konzept der Corporate Identity zu instrumentieren. steht freilich oft die Notwendigkeit gegenber dies zu tun. Das Kreditwesen insgesamt hat seit Ende der 60er Jahre groe Anstren gungen unternommen. durch graphische Gestaltung. durch Werbung. durch Mitarbeiterschulung und Personalauswahl sein Erscheinungsbild nach innen und auen zu vern dern. Diese Versuchen waren nicht immer auf Anhieb er folgreich. In einigen Fllen endeten forcierte Moderni sierungsbemhungen in Mierfolgen. Seit einigen Jahren ist die Struktur des Finanzdienst leistungssektors vor allem durch eine betrchtliche Zahl von Unternehmenszusammenschlssen geprgt. Das Zusammenwachsen zweier Institute schafft hierbei ob man das nun zu beeinflussen versucht oder nicht auf jeden Fall eine neue Unternehmensidentitt. Das Problem ist. ob und wie stark man diesen Proze steuern kann. und ob und wie stark man ihn beschleunigen sollte.
