I bought this for my nephew who is fascinated by space, and he can’t put it down! The visuals are captivating, and I even learned a few things myself. Just wish it had a bit more text on some of the illustrations for deeper understanding.

A bit disappointed
I had high hopes for this book, but it arrived with a dented cover. The content inside is nice, but the damage was a letdown for a hardcover. Definitely not what I expected from MIT Press. I hope to get a replacement soon.

This book, 'Where Stars Are Born', is a stunning collection of cosmic images. The 3D effects really bring the stars to life! My kids love looking at it and learning about space. It's a perfect addition to our home library and sparks great conversations.

I thought this would be a bit more educational, but it focuses more on visuals than on explanations. It’s beautiful to look at, but I wanted more substance. Still a nice book for casual readers.
