I enjoyed many recipes in this Curry Guy book, but a few were a bit too complex for weeknight dinners. The flavors are great, though, and it's clear that a lot of thought went into these chicken dishes. Just be ready for some longer cooking times!

I was really excited to try out the recipes, but the book arrived with some pages damaged. It was frustrating, especially since I wanted to dive into the deliciously spiced recipes. Just not what I expected for the price I paid.
