⚠️ WARNING (California Proposition 65):
This product may contain chemicals known to the State of California to cause cancer,
birth defects, or other reproductive harm.
I found this book to be packed with valuable information about dance anatomy and injury prevention. However, some sections felt a little overwhelming, especially if you're not used to medical jargon. Still, a useful reference for serious dancers.

Came damaged, but great content
I was really disappointed when my copy of Dance Medicine arrived with some pages bent. But once I got into it, I found the content invaluable. The injury prevention tips are clear and applicable, just wish the delivery had been better.
