Dandelion Acres is the setting for the restoration of an old, abandoned farm house and its forty some acres of grassy pasture dominated by dandelion foliage. Eventually, the house and attendant buildings are the setting for a writer's retreat. Each week a new group of seven writers arrive and prove to be a most interesting blend of people from all over the world. The author is a Christian and it is reflected in this work. Featured in the novel: a play presented by the retreat guests within the book, flying, amateur radio, a grouchy neighbor, a most intelligent miniature burro named Jasper, a dog called Little Bear, and a bus tagged Old Blue.
