Aufgrund der bersichtlicheren Organisation der Ablufe wird auch die Geschftsfhrung erleichtert (vgl. Fischer et al. 2006: V). Aber wie knnen Potentiale gefunden werden, um dem optimalen Geschftsprozess nher zu kommen? Eine wichtige Voraussetzung fr diese Suche ist sicherlich die Verwendung einer geeigneten Prozessbeschreibungsform, ohne die eine ... systematische Wahrnehmung ...' (Staud 2006: 2) der Unternehmensrealitt nicht mglich wre. Laut der diesjhrigen JuniAusgabe des Magazins E3 wurde mit dem subjektorientierten Geschftsprozessmanagement ein Paradigmenwechsel eingelutet. So seien der subjektorientierte Ansatz und die damit verbundene Beschreibungsform der zwischenmenschlichen Verstndigung hnlicher. Auerdem liee sich auf Basis dieser Prozessbeschreibung mit wenig Aufwand eine entsprechende Software erstellen. Ein Nachweis ber die mathematische Richtigkeit des entsprechenden Geschftsprozesses knne ebenfalls erbracht werden (vgl. Frbinger 2011: 3). Aber ist diese subjektorientierte Sichtweise fr alle Geschftsprozesse geeignet? Oder ist es eher wichtig, entsprechend dem jeweiligen Geschftsprozess die zweckmigste Beschreibungsform auszuwhlen?
