Die einzelnen Regelungen werden durch Auslegung des Textes und Einbettung des Protokolls in das bestehende humanitre Vlkerrecht erschlossen. Zur Klrung der Verbindlichkeit des Protokolls wird die Rechtsquellenlehre des Vlkerrechts unter Einbeziehung der Lehre der Standards herangezogen. Im Ergebnis sieht der Autor im Brandwaffenprotokoll einen Schritt hin zur Klarheit der vlkerrechtlichen Verbote und bejaht grundstzlich die universelle Verbindlichkeit.About the AuthorDer Autor: Christian Jutzi wurde 1966 geboren.
