Primres Ziel ist die Entwicklung einer Ideenmanagement basierten Balanced Scorecard. Der Aufbau der Arbeit gliedert sich zum Einen in einen theoretischen und zum Anderen in einen praktischen Teil. In dem theoretischen Teil dieser Arbeit wird auf die Grundlagen der Balanced Scorecard und des Ideenmanagements eingegangen. Das Ziel besteht darin, relevante theoretische Aspekte zu erlutern und eine grundlegende Informationsbasis zum Zwecke des allgemeinen Verstndnisses zu schaffen. Des Weiteren dienen diese Kapitel als Grundlage zur Erstellung des vierten Kapitels, indem Sie den methodischen, strukturellen Aufbau der Balanced Scorecard und die inhaltlichen Informationen des Ideenmanagements liefern. Im praktischen Teil erfolgt die Umsetzung der Integration des Ideenmanagements in die Balanced Scorecard unter Bercksichtigung der Arbeit zur Verfgung stehenden Unternehmensdaten und anderen diversen Informationen des dib Institutes. Der Aufbau der Ideenmanagement basierten Balanced Scorecard orientiert sich an der von Kaplan und Norton vorgeschlagenen Struktur und Methodik. Inhaltlich wird die Balanced Scorecard mit den Erkenntnissen des Ideenmanagements aus der einschlgigen Literatur und diversen Annahmen und Hypothesen versehen. Somit wird in dieser Arbeit ein Konzept zur Integration des Ideenmanagement in die Balanced Scorecard erarbeitet, das von der Erstellung der Ideenmanagement basierten Strategie, bis hin zur Empfehlung von strategischen Manahmen hinsichtlich Strategieumsetzung reicht.
