Product DescriptionIm Februar 1996 wurde im Rahmen der Grndung des Erzbistums Hamburg ein neues Metropolitankapitel errichtet. Da bis ins 16. Jahrhundert hinein in der Hansestadt bereits ein katholisches Kathedralkapitel bestanden hat, dessen Wurzeln bis zum heiligen Ansgar zurckreichen, spricht der Verfasser hier von einer Wiedererrichtung. Die Arbeit nimmt kanonistische Aspekte der inneren und ueren Verfassungsstruktur des mittelalterlichen und neuen Domkapitels in den Blick. Dabei stehen Fragen nach der mterstruktur, den Korporationsrechten sowie den Rechtsbeziehungen zu geistlichen und weltlichen Herrschaftstrgern im Vordergrund. Die Einordnung des wiedererrichteten Kathedralkapitels in die Normen des allgemeinen und speziellen Kirchenrechts mit einigen besonderen Regelungen rundet diese Untersuchung ab.About the AuthorDer Autor: Jrgen Wtjer wurde 1963 in Hildesheim geboren. Er studierte Theologie in Mnster und Bonn und empfing 1988 die Diakonen und Priesterweihe in Osnabrck. 1992 bis 1994 Aufbaustudium Lizentiat im Kanonischen Recht in Mnster; seit 1997 Pfarrer in Wismar (MecklenburgVorpommern). 2000 Promotion an der Universitt Bochum.
