Die Aneignung ihrer Lebenswelt als zentrale Entwicklungsaufgabe von Kindern und jtingeren Jugendlichen ist auf eine Umwelt bezo gen, die scheinbar nattirliche Aneignungsprozesse wie z.B. die Aus weitung ihres Handlungsraumes erschwert. Kinder und jtingere Jugendliche drangen deshalb vermehrt in die Jugendhauser, benutzen diese als offentliche Raume, die sie sich anzueignen versuchen. In der Jugendarbeit selbst gibt es allerdings bisher kaum padagogisch umsetzbare Praxiskonzepte fUr die offene Arbeit mit dieser Altersstufe. Meine These lautet: Ort und Ausgangspunkt unterschiedli Das Jugendhaus kann zurn cher Aneignungsprozesse werden. Aufbauend auf konkrete Situationen aus einem Jugendhaus wird das Aneignungskonzept als eine Praxistheorie begrtindet, die nicht nur eine theoretische Fundierung der Kinder und Jugendarbeit ermog licht, sondern auch eine padagogisch praktische Umsetzung bis hin zu einzelnen Situationen erlaubt. Die Grundlage dafUr ist eine lang jahrige Erfahrung in der Praxis eines Kinder und Jugendhauses so wie deren wissenschaftliche Aufarbeitung in Form einer Dissertati on an der Universitat Ttibingen.
