Russland gehrt mit Abstand zu den interessantesten und lukrativsten Absatzmrkten weltweit. Fr viele internationale Unternehmen ist Russland mittlerweile zu einem festen Standort geworden, der auch weiterhin viel Zukunftspotenzial bietet und deshalb fr deutsche Unternehmen besonders vielversprechend ist. Bei der Vermarktung der unterschiedlichen Produkte und Dienstleistungen gehrt Werbung zu den wichtigsten Instrumenten, das neben den Interessen der Unternehmen und Konsumenten, auch den staatlich regulierten Gesetzesrahmen berhrt. Fr eine erfolgreiche Absatzpolitik ist die Bercksichtigung dieser Rechtsnormen unerlsslich. Russland ist heute ein Werbemarkt wie die EU und die USA. Auch wenn Russland sich um eine Annherung des Werberechts an das EURecht bemht, so gibt es immer noch deutliche Unterschiede in der aktuellen Rechtslage. Ziel dieser Arbeit ist es einen Einblick in das neue russische Werbegesetz zu verschaffen und mit der deutschen Rechtslage zu vergleichen. Dabei liegt der Fokus insbesondere auf den aktuellen Werbemedien in Russland. Eine englische bersetzung des russischen Gesetzes ber Werbugn ist enthalten.
