Diese Bedeutung und der verhltnismig groe Anteil der Personalkosten erfordert eine Untersuchung der Arbeitsverhltnisse im Operationssaal (OPS) mit dem Ziel, Effizienz und Effektivitt des OPSBetriebs zu erhhen.Roger Gfrrer analysiert die Verhltnisse der Zusammenarbeit im Operationssaal anhand eines Frameworks, das die Einflussfaktoren auf das Teamverhalten in zwei handlungsleitende Dimensionen systematisiert. Mittels einer Umfrage bei 210 OPSMitarbeitenden wird die Bedeutung dieser Faktoren fr das Gelingen der Zusammenarbeit erhoben. Aus den Resultaten der Analyse werden direkte Handlungsempfehlungen fr das Management des OPSTeams abgeleitet.
