Gefordert ist die Anpassung an eine Netzwerklogik der relationalen Rationalitat, die in unterschiedlichen Feldern Rechtstheorie, Rechtsmethodologie, Staatstheorie, Verfassungstheorie, Verwaltungsrecht usw. zu operationalisieren ist.
