Im Rahmen der Gegenberstellung von Vermgenswerten und Schulden ist dabei das so genannte Spielervermgen von erheblicher Bedeutung, da es regelmig einen Groteil des Gesamtvermgens der Vereine und Kapitalgesellschaften der FuballBundesliga ausmacht und somit mageblich das durch den Jahresabschluss vermittelte Bild der Vermgens, Finanz und Ertragslage bestimmt. Hierdurch wird deutlich, dass die Einstufung eines vermeintlich aktivierungsfhigen Spielervermgens als immaterielles Wirtschaftsgut fr die Vereine eine enorme bilanzpolitische Bedeutung hat. Mssten beispielsweise die Ablsesummen als Anschaffungskosten fr die Spieler sofort als Aufwand abgesetzt werden, bestnde schnell die Gefahr der bilanziellen berschuldung, was durch deren Aktivierung vermieden werden soll. Die BundesligaClubs werden demnach in der Mehrzahl daran interessiert sein, ihr Spielervermgen zu bilanzieren. Wie bereits angesprochen ist die Abwehr der Gefahr der bilanziellen berschuldung einer der Grnde hierfr. Auch die Strkung der Eigenkapitalquote und somit eine Vereinfachung der Aufnahme von Fremdkapital ist ein Punkt, der fr die Aktivierung des Spielervermgens spricht. Ferner stellt der Posten Spielerwerte fr die Bundesligavereine nahezu die einzige Mglichkeit zur Bildung stiller Reserven dar. Fraglich bleibt jedoch zunchst, was sich hinter dem Begriff des Spielervermgens verbirgt, was also tatschlich in den Bilanzen der Vereine und Kapitalgesellschaften als Aktivierungsgegenstand angesetzt werden darf und ob die angestrebte Bilanzierung des wertvollsten "Vermgensgegenstands" der Bundesligisten mit den bestehenden Rechtsnormen vereinbar ist. Er studierte die Fcher Mathematik und Biologie auf Lehramt fr Realschule an der Universitt Koblenz. Sein Referendariat absolvierte er am Studienseminar fr Lehramt an Realschulen in Trier. Nach seinem Referendariat blieb er als Lehrer fr Mathematik, Biologie, NaWi und Informatik weiterhin an der OttoHahnRealschule plus ttig.
