1. Gegenstand, Ziele und Axiome der Arbeit Meine Forschungen sind von der Erkenntnis geleitet, da die indi viduelle Entfaltung von Wachstumsressourcen in SEGruppen sig nifikant abhngig ist von der Qualitt ihrer wachstumsrelevanten Faktoren, die wiederum wachstumshemmende als auch wach stumsfrdernde Strukturen und Prozesse bedingen knnen. Gruppen sind mit Sbandi (1975) keine modemen Organisations formen, sondern eine Urform menschlicher Existenz. SEGruppen hingegen sind modeme Existenzformen, .. mit deren Hilfe das Indi viduum seine deformierten und entleerten Beziehungsformen mit neuem Sinn zu erfllen versucht .. (Richter 1978,33). Mit dem Begriff der 'Wachstumshemmung" assoziiert man in der Regel gebremste und den Fortgang verlangsamende bzw. be hindernde biologische Wachstumprozesse. Wachstum wird im fol genden jedoch nicht als dreidimensionaler biologischer Proze ver standen, sondern als ein intra, inter, trans und suprapersonales Geschehen. Der Begriff Hemmung soll in diesem Zusammenhang verdeutlichen, da die oben genannten Prozesse aufgrund be stimmter Faktorenkonstellationen verlangsamt, gestrt oder zeit weilig unterbrochen sein knnen. Wachstumshemmende Faktoren sind dementsprechend solche Faktoren, die das Individuum und/oder das Gruppengeschehen nicht gerade pathologisieren, aber zumindest vorbegehend in sei nen potentiellen Ressourcen einschrnken, diverse Funktionen herabsetzen und bestimmte Aktivitten oder Ausdrucksverhalten behindern (vgl. auch Singer 1974,30). Derartige Faktoren wirken sich hemmend auf die Lemsituation des Individuums aus, jedoch darf diese lemhemmende Situation nicht verwechselt werden mit der Lemhemmung als "seelische St rung des Lernablaufes" (ebd.).
