Beim stbern auf dem Dachboden wurde ein altes handschriftliches Rezeptbuch von Gromutter entdeckt. Vieles wurde in altdeutscher Schrift verfat und konnte nur durch die Mithilfe vom Vater des Autors und seinen Tanten entziffert werden. Um die interessanten Aufzeichnungen der Nachwelt zu erhalten wurden sie in "neudeutsche Schrift" bersetzt und hier abgedruckt. Lassen Sie sich berraschen was damals, oft aus der Not heraus, entstand.
