The book has amazing illustrations and covers a range of gods, but some stories might be a bit too complex for my 5-year-old. Still, we enjoy reading together. I often simplify the tales as we go along.

Not for toddlers, too wordy
I bought this for my toddler expecting simple stories, but it's a bit too wordy for him at times. The art is lovely, but I wish the text was simpler for younger kids. It's more suited for older children, I think.

Perfect for read-aloud sessions!
I often read this to my 6-year-old, and he loves it! The stories about Parashurama and Vamana are exciting, and it’s a fun way to explore Indian mythology. The illustrations are vibrant and keep him engaged.
