Se presenta un nuevo modelo multidimensional que soporta el tratamiento semntico de la informacin proveniente de datos textuales. Basado en una estructura semntica nombrada estructuraAP, es posible el manejo de dimensiones textuales en los cubos de datos. Dicha dimensin textual es nombrada dimensionAP, y permite mejorar el anlisis sobre los textos no slo basados en su sintaxis sino tambin en su semntica. Adems se muestran los resultados de la aplicacin del modelo con datos reales, provenientes del entorno hospitalario y de publicaciones cientficas. Dichos resultados son obtenidos utilizando el Servidor ROLAP propio, Wonder OLAP Server v3.0. El mismo ha sido implementado utilizando tecnologa Rich Client Platform (RCP) de Eclipse y el lenguaje Java. Como gestor de base de datos se ha utilizado PostgreSQL.
