What could academia learn from our recent college and university Computer Science graduates? Could academia use this information to identify gaps and provide constructive feedback to our colleges and universities to improve the quality of our education programs? This action research project provided research data to answer these questions. This book outlines research that was completed to debug our Computer Science and Information technology programs and also reflects how one major U.S. University has solved this problem.
By changing our most important processes and
products, we have already made a big leap forward. This ranges from the
increased use of more sustainable fibers to the use of more
environmentally friendly printing processes to the development of
efficient waste management in our value chain.
