Die Verfahren, mit denen in der Bundesrepublik Deutschland politische Entscheidungen getroffen werden, erinnern immer mehr an die Grundzge autoritrer Systeme. Verschiedenste Dogmen werden der Lebenswirklichkeit angepasst. Das Volk wird aus diesem Prozess mehr und mehr ausgeklammert und mit pauschalen Kampfstzen aus der Politik abgespeist. Dabei wird oft vergessen, dass jede politische Gemeinschaft stets andauernde Diskussionen braucht, um berleben zu knnen. Doch die Kommunikation zwischen den Regierenden und den Regierten tendiert gegen Null. 2 Gerade die aktuellen politischen und gesellschaftlichen Debatten um das Bahnhofsprojekt Stuttgart 21 und auch die Blockade des Atommlltransports nach Gorleben haben gezeigt, dass die Meinungen und Ziele von Volk und Politik oft sehr weit auseinander klaffen. Viele Menschen fhlen sich von den Politikern nicht reprsentativ vertreten. Dies hat insbesondere auch die zunehmende Politikverdrossenheit in den letzten Jahren gezeigt, die sich u. a. in der geringen Wahlbeteiligung bei verschiedenen Wahlen geuert hat. Doch welche Alternativen gibt es fr unsere Demokratieform und wie kann man der Politikverdrossenheit entgegenwirken? Das Modell einer Deliberativen Demokratie auf Basis des Diskurses von Jrgen Habermas unterscheidet sich grundlegend von der Demokratieform, die in der Bundesrepublik Deutschland existent ist.
