Die Fakten sind eindeutig: Die Bevlkerung wird von aktuell 82 Millionen Menschen auf rund 65 bis 70 Millionen im Jahr 2050 sinken. Neben dieser Entwicklung wird bereits in den nchsten 10 Jahren ein erheblicher Alterungsprozess zu beobachten sein. Durch die regressive Bevlkerungsentwicklung resultieren neben einem steigenden Schuldenberg vor allem die Gefhrdung der gesetzlichen Sozialversicherungssysteme und die Gefhrdung der Stabilitt der Volkswirtschaft. Die rckgngige Geburtenzahl fhrt zu einem verringerten Arbeitskrfteangebot und somit auch zu einer sinkenden Produktivitt auf dem Arbeitsmarkt in Deutschland. Die Zahl der erwerbsfhigen Personen wird bis zum Jahr 2050 von aktuell rund 50 Millionen auf 35 bis 39 Millionen sinken und somit das Angebot an qualifizierten Fachkrften mindern. Um Deutschlands Volkswirtschaft im internationalen Vergleich konkurrenzfhig halten zu knnen, mssen dringend Manahmen ergriffen werden, die entweder die Arbeitsproduktivitt erhhen oder das Erwerbspersonenpotential auf dem Arbeitsmarkt ausschpfen. Im Mittelpunkt dieser Anstrengungen sollten insbesondere die Steuerbarkeit der Geburtenrate durch staatliche Familienfrderung und die Notwendigkeit der Kapitaldeckung im deutschen Sozialversicherungssystem stehen.About the AuthorFranziska Bothe, B.
