Abgesehen von den Problemen die sich aus dem Generationenvertrag fr die sozialen Sicherungssysteme ergeben werden, knnen zahlreiche weitere betroffene Ebenen angefhrt werden. Diese Arbeit beschftigt sich mit den Auswirkungen auf die soziale Infrastruktur und hier insbesondere mit dem Bereich der Freizeit und Kultur. Was ist unter Infrastruktur berhaupt zu verstehen und was bedeutet soziale Infrastruktur? Mit dieser Frage wird sich das zweite Kapitel beschftigen, um eine definitorische Grundlage fr den Text zu erarbeiten. Das dritte Kapitel stellt die Entwicklung der Freizeitinfrastruktur dar, was die Verstndnisgrundlage fr das vierte Kapitel sein wird. In diesem wird das aktuelle Infrastrukturangebot aufgezeigt, um im darauf folgenden Unterpunkt auf den demographischen Wandel einzugehen. Denn nur mit dem Verstndnis ber die bevorstehenden Strukturvernderungen kann auch der momentane Wertewandel in der Gesellschaft nachvollzogen werden. Das Wissen aus diesem Kapitel ermglicht es dem Leser, die Auswirkungen auf die Infrastruktur im sechsten Kapitel nach zu vollziehen. Welche Bereiche der Freizeiteinrichtungen sind besonders betroffen? Gibt es Unterschiede in den Regionen und verhlt sich die Nachfrageentwicklung auf dem Land genauso wie in der Stadt? Sind die Probleme erkannt, dann knnen die Problemlsungsanstze des gleichen Kapitels eine Hilfestellung bieten, sich den entgegenstehenden Herausforderungen frhzeitig zu widmen.
