Die im Zuge des steigenden internationalen Wirtschaftsverkehrs auftretenden grenzberschreitenden Arbeitsverhltnisse stellen das internationale Arbeitsrecht vor die Aufgabe, zu klren, welche nationalen arbeitsrechtlichen Vorschriften hierauf anzuwenden sind. Die vorliegende Arbeit untersucht diese Frage fr das BetrVG der Bundesrepublik Deutschland. Der Darstellung der in Literatur und Rechtsprechung vertretenen Auffassungen folgt eine an den jeweiligen Norminhalten bemessene Anwendungsbestimmung der Vorschriften des BetrVG auf AuslandsBetriebe. Im zweiten Teil der Arbeit werden eingehend Voraussetzungen und Umfang der Anwendung des BetrVG bei sogenannten Ausstrahlungen inlndischer Betriebe ins Ausland behandelt.
