Abschlieend wird errtert, ob Tatbestnde einer sogenannten Beweislastumkehr angesichts der materiellrechtlichen Risikoverteilung zwischen Anwalt und Mandant angewendet werden knnen. Im Vordergrund stehen die Beweislastregeln fr grobe Pflichtverletzungen und die Verteilung der Beweislast nach Gefahrenbereichen. Von 1994 bis 1996 wissenschaftlicher Mitarbeiter an der Universitt Dsseldorf. 1996 bis 1998 Referendariat am Landgericht Dortmund. 1998 Zulassung als Rechtsanwalt. Promotion 2000.
