Im Mittelpunkt dieser Arbeit steht die Untersuchung vorvertraglicher Informationsasymmetrie, die sich zwischen VentureCapitalGeber und Startup18 zeigt. Basierend auf den angesprochenen theoretischen Grundlagen soll in der vorliegenden Arbeit geprft werden, ob der Business Plan zur Minderung asymmetrisch verteilter Informationen und damit zur Vermeidung einer Fehlauswahl seitens des Investors geeignet ist. Um ein aktuelles Bild der Problematik zu erhalten und Aussagen besser fundieren zu knnen, wurde eine empirische Untersuchung durchgefhrt, deren Beschreibung und Auswertung im Anhang zu finden ist. Im folgenden Kapitel wird zunchst bestehende asymmetrische Informationsverteilung vor Vertragsschlu im VentureCapitalMarkt dargestellt. Weiterhin werden daraus resultierende Anforderungen an den Business Plan sowie sein Aufbau erlutert. Im sich anschlieenden dritten Kapitel werden die Aufgaben des Business Plans unter Einbezug der Vertragstheorie angefhrt. Das letzte Kapitel enthlt eine Zusammenfassung der Ergebnisse und gibt Anregungen fr eine Weiterfhrung herausgearbeiteter Lsungsanstze.
