Diesen Anforderungen gerecht zu werden, ist vor allem fr Grounternehmen; immer schwieriger geworden. Mit steigender Unternehmensgre und wachsendem Internationalisierungsgrad verndert sich die Risikolandschaft. Das Haftungsrisiko fr das Unternehmen wird grer.Die Lsung dieses Problems scheint Compliance zu sein. Seit den groen Korruptionsskandalen um Siemens, MAN und VW steht der Begriff Compliance im ffentlichen Interesse. Es entsteht der Eindruck, dass Compliance ein neuartiges Phnomen ist das sich erst durch die groen Korruptionsskandale in Deutschland entwickelt hat. Dies stimmt jedoch nicht. Bereits 1992 hat die DeutscheBank eine ComplianceAbteilung in ihrem Unternehmen eingerichtet. Aus einer EMNIDUmfrage aus 2007 geht hervor, dass 95% der Unternehmen ein ComplianceManagement eingerichtet haben. Dies verdeutlicht den hohen Stellenwert, den Compliance in Unternehmen geniet. Compliance soll das rechtstreue Verhalten der Unternehmen und seiner Mitarbeiter sicherstellen. Wie ein solches ComplianceSystem aussehen soll, hngt unter anderem von der Gre, der Branche und dem Internationalisierungsgrad des Unternehmens ab. Jedoch wird es immer schwieriger berblick ber die relevanten gesetzlichen Regelungen zu behalte. Auf Grund der sich stetig ndernden gesetzlichen Vorschriften.
