Dennoch ist festzustellen, dass Literatur sich in erster Linie mit betriebswirtschaftlichen Aspekten von Mergers&Acquisitions auseinandersetzt und oftmals auf die Frage hinausluft, wie sich Fusionsprozesse erfolgreich gestalten lassen. Eine wachsende Anzahl von Autoren misst hierbei der Integration der Unternehmenskulturen groe Bedeutung zu, was bedeutet, dass auch die kulturelle Thematik oftmals unter dem Deckmantel erfolgreicher Unternehmenszusammenschlsse erforscht wird. Aus soziologischer Sicht kann dies nicht zufrieden stellend sein, stehen doch im Zusammenhang mit Mergers&Acquisitions Einflussmglichkeiten des Managements auf die Organisationskultur oftmals im Vordergrund, whrend im Vergleich dazu einem tieferen Verstndnis der kulturellen Prozesse wenig Beachtung geschenkt wird. Diese Arbeit soll einen Teil dazu beitragen, diese Lcke zu schlieen.
