Vielmehr hat jegliches wirtschaftswissenschaftliche Er kenntnisstreben von einer einheitlichen konzeptionellen Basis auszugehen. Diesen Integrationsgedanken als Grundlage der betriebswirtschaftlichen Forschung hat Helmut Koch zum Leitmotiv seines wissenschaftlichen Werkes erhoben und in sei nen Arbeiten konsequent verfolgt. Er hat damit partikularistischen Strmungen in den Wirtschaftswissenschaften, die immer wieder en vogue waren, stets entgegenge wirkt. Die intensiven Diskussionen ber die Einheitlichkeit der Betriebswirtschafts lehre, die in jngster Zeit mit der 'Wiederentdeckung' der Allgemeinen Betriebs wirtschaftslehre deutlich erkennbar werden, zeigen die richtungsweisende Bedeu tung dieser konzeptionellen Perspektive. Helmut Koch hat mit seiner handlungstheoretischen Konzeption der Betriebswirt schaftslehre eine theoretische Basis fr eine integrative wirtschafts wissenschaftliche Forschung geschaffen. Er hat dabei stets den konsequenten Anwendungsbezug im Auge und vollzieht damit den Brckenschlag zur betrieblichen Praxis. Zu seinem 60. Geburtstag im Jahre 1979 haben seine Schler und ihm wissenschaft lich und persnlich verbundene Fachkollegen Helmut Koch mit einer Festschrift 'Unternehmenstheorie und Unternehmenspraxis' geehrt. Seitdem sind 10 Jahre ins Land gegangen, die fr Helmut Koch angefllt waren mit intensiver wissenschaftli cher Arbeit. Neben einer Vielzahl von Aufstzen und Beitrgen zu Sammelwerken hat Helmut Koch mit dem grundlegenden Werk 'Integrierte Unternehmenspla nung' 1982 seine umfassende Konzeption betriebswirtschaftlicher Planung erstmals in geschlossener Form vorgelegt.
