Zum Dritten Weg gehren unter anderem auch die NonprofitOrganisationen und ihre Strukturen, die ich in einem Referat herausgearbeitet habe. Im Folgenden werde ich mich mit dem deutschen NonprofitSektor im Verhltnis zum Staat auf der MakroEbene beschftigen. In Deutschland ist die Rede von einer Krise des Wohlfahrtsstaates. Jedoch handelt es sich nicht um das Ende des Wohlfahrtsstaates, sondern um seine Anpassung an neue Herausforderungen. In diesem Zusammenhang spricht man vom Rckzug des Staates aus der sozialen Sicherung und Wohlfahrt. Die Entstaatlichung der sozialen Sicherung scheint eine unvermeindliche Entwicklungsrichtung. Ob der Rckzug des Staates aus der Wohlfahrt zum Wachstum des NonprofitSektors fhrt, wird der Gegenstand der weiteren Disskusion sein. Das Ziel meiner Seminararbeit ist demnach festzustellen, was fr eine Rolle der NonprofitSektor im Verhltnis zum Staat spielt, um soziale Aufgaben der Gesellschaft bewltigen zu knnen.
