Psychisch Kranke sind in sterreich [und in anderen europischen Lndern] Kranke zweiter Klasse'.2 Zwar bemht man sich, jetzt schon seit ber 20 Jahren eine Besserung dieses Zustandes zu erreichen, dennoch kann man das 2 Klassen System nicht verleugnen. Die Autorin wollte aufzuzeigen, dass psychische Erkrankungen den somatischen Krankheiten gleichzustellen sind und ihnen auch dementsprechend eine adquate Behandlung zusteht. Die grte Schwierigkeit bei der Verfassung dieser Arbeit bestand darin, dass es eine Flle an Literatur gab. Nach mehrmaligen Selektionen ist es der Autorin schlielich gelungen, die fr sie relevanten Schriften ausfindig zu machen.
