The book is deals with procurement process of ICT equipment in developing countries settings.The aim of the study was to inform the constructive contribution of the book, ?the design of ICT procurement process model for Tanzanian secondary schools. The introductory section describes the context of the research and build up motivation for the work. The theoretical part chapter 3 and 4, focuses to the general perspectives of the procurement process and historical perspective of ICT procurement in Tanzania. It provides informative and interesting anecdotes about the historical discussion on various procurement process models. The result indicates two approaches, centralized and decentralized, both are explained. Primary data was collected in the form of self administered questionnaires. Administrator in Dar Es Salaam distributed questionnaires to respondents in schools. Purposeful sumpling concentrated on schools which had already started implementing computer studies curriculum in Dar es Salaam. Secondary data was collected through documents review from different sources, policies and literatures on major development of ICT in Tanzania.
