Designing and Executing Strategy in Aviation Management is designed to provide an intensely practical guide to this critically important topic. Comprehensive in coverage and easy-to-read in style, it allows both professionals and students to understand the principles and practicalities of crafting and executing business strategies with an aviation context. The result is a comprehensive and multifaceted teaching/learning package, which includes applied case studies on a wide range of airlines and aviation businesses, setting out how these organizations deal with strategy formulation and implementation in critical areas. I picked up this used copy of 'Designing and Executing Strategy in Aviation Management' and it’s been a fantastic resource. The insights into aviation management strategies are incredibly valuable, especially for someone new to the field like myself. A bit of wear on the cover, but the content is all intact and very informative!

Disappointing Quality for a Used Book
I ordered this book hoping to dive into some strategy insights, but when it arrived, I found it really beat up. Pages were torn and it smelled musty. Not what I was expecting for a used book. I’ll be looking for a different copy elsewhere.

Good Information, But Worn Condition
The book has some great strategies for aviation management, but I didn’t expect it to arrive in quite as rough a shape as it did. The pages were slightly dog-eared, and the binding felt loose. Still, the content itself was what I was after, so I’m making it work!
