The challenges the Telecommunications Development Master Plan has been facing are not only from the public scrutiny and the inexperience of the policy makers but also from sudden political changes that happen so often that they delay the process of implementing the plan. This book reveals an interesting case study in telecommunications reform while underlying key events in the history of Thailand.
