El clima organizacional, o clima laboral, corresponde a las percepciones compartidas que los miembros de una organizacin tienen de las estructuras, procesos y entorno del medio laboral, y constituye un importante indicador del funcionamiento de la organizacin, del grado de motivacin, satisfaccin y compromiso de sus miembros. En las universidades el diagnstico del clima organizacional, es un componente de la autoevaluacin, que hace parte de los sistemas de aseguramiento de la calidad, que sean adaptado desde el sector empresarial para su aplicacin en las instituciones de educacin superior; sus resultados son un insumo valioso para el diseo de planes de mejoramiento. En el presente estudio de caso, se realiz una adaptacin desde varias pticas, para generar un instrumento que abarcar todas las dimensiones del clima organizacional con el objeto de aplicarse en la Facultad de Ciencias Agrarias de la Universidad de Pamplona y hacer el respectivo diagnstico de su clima organizacional. En este documento, se muestra la metodologa seguida y los resultados obtenidos de dicho diagnstico, que pueden ser tomados como referentes para otros casos similares.
