Die Preisentwicklung wird dabei als eine durch die Gesetzesnderung induzierte, mgliche Vernderung der unternehmerischen Preiskalkulation interpretiert. Betrachtet man dieses Szenario auch nur als bedingt realistisch, lassen sich aus den Ergebnissen dieser Arbeit auch Handlungsempfehlungen ableiten. Neben Auswirkungen auf den Preis wird gezeigt, welche Aussagen sich nach der Gesetzesnderung ber die Tendenz des Deckungsbeitragverlaufs treffen lassen. Im gleichen Kontext, aber in wesentlich knapperem Umfang wird analysiert, ob sich die Einfhrung von Rabattkarten in irgendeiner Weise wissenschaftlich fundiert begrnden lsst. In Teil 2 wird der verhandlungstheoretische Hintergrund erlutert. Als spieltheoretisches Element fr die Darstellung der Preisverhandlungen dient die "NashVerhandlungslsung". Mit ihrer Hilfe wird erklrt, in welchem Verhltnis die ausgehandelten Anteile zwischen Unternehmung und Kunde aufgeteilt werden. In Teil 3 folgt eine problemrelevante Analyse der Situation die vor beziehungsweise nach der Gesetzesnderung vorlag respektive den "status quo" darstellt. Es wird gezeigt, dass aus der Gesetzesnderung je nach Branche bzw. Produkt sowohl steigende als auch sinkende (Optimal) Preise resultieren knnen. Teil 4 beinhaltet eine Fallstudie. In Teil 5 werden die Ergebnisse einer eingehenden Wrdigung unterzogen. Abschlieend folgt eine kurze Errterung denkbarer unternehmerischer Handlungsalternativen und die Darstellung der verbleibenden preismarktregulierenden Gesetze.
