Sie schlgt daher Einschrnkungen und Alternativen abstrakter Gefhrdungstatbestnde im Verkehrsstrafrecht vor.About the AuthorDie Autorin: LiChing Chang wurde 1958 in Taoyuan, Taiwan geboren. Nach erfolgreicher Teilnahme an der Staatsprfung studierte sie am Graduate Institute of Law der Universitt Taiwan in Taipei, wo sie den akademischen Grad Doctor of Law erlangte. 1986 trat sie eine Stelle als Privatdozentin an der Juristischen Fakultt der Universitt Dunghai in Taichung an. Anschlieend verbrachte sie zwei Jahre an der Universitt Mnchen aufgrund eines Stipendiums des National Science Council Taiwan und erhielt eine Doktorandenstelle bei Prof. Dr. Lothar Philipps. Nach dem zweijhrigen Aufenthalt in Deutschland wurde sie Associate Professorin an der Juristischen Fakultt der Universitt Dunghai in Taichung. 1996 setzte sie ihr Studium an der Universitt Mnchen aufgrund eines weiteren Stipendiums fort und konnte 1997 erfolgreich ihre Doktorarbeit abschlieen.
